Welcome to my website.

After my wife died, I needed something to do to keep from going crazy. So I started to write. It became a sort of therapy. I was helped along thanks to family and a favorite editor.

What She Heard is my latest it is a supernatural thriller set in Seaside, Oregon where I now live. Below is a button for a review of WSH by Eve Marx, national journalist and more for critics of my previous novels. And Amazon for those who want to have the real thing.

This one actually started my writing binge. Barbara and I owned at house at 205 N Downing in Seaside from 1990 to 2016. She was a history buff and found that the house was previously owned by a Constable Mudge in 1900.  She then found that the previous owner, constable Miller, was involved in a gunfight in December 1898 a few houses down from ours. She suggested I should write about that. The book turned into A Wandering Man.

After Barbara died, I wrote this one for 'my panther' when a near hit and run on me in Gladstone Oregon nearly sent me to the other side. After making out my will that is.

The rest are the product of a bored mind. A lot of fun though.
